In The News ... Gull Lake View Golf Club - East/West, Augusta, Michigan, a MichianaGolf.com 4-Star Certified Course
The West course is the original 18 hole championship course that started it all back in 1963. A multitude of changes have taken place on the original West course including the addition of the East course in 1975.
In 1976, the Scott family opened the Fairway Villas for extended golf getaways, and thus Darl and Letha Scott became pioneers in the destination golf resort business in Michigan.
While both courses offer ample challenge for your golf game, neither are so hard that you won't enjoy the experience.
The West course is a 6,314-yard, Par-71 with a 126 slope and a 69.8 rating.
The East course is a 6,059-yard, Par-70 with a 124 slope and 68.8 rating.

Augusta is a village in Kalamazoo County. The village is mostly within Ross Township, though a small portion extends south into Charleston Township.
Augusta is situated on M-96, about five miles northeast of Galesburg, and about seven miles west of downtown Battle Creek. Kalamazoo is an additional ten miles west of Galesburg. Fort Custer Recreation Area is immediately south of the village on the east side of the Kalamazoo River.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.9 square miles, of which, 0.9 square miles of it is land and 1.05% is water.
