Noble County is a county located in the U.S. state of Indiana. As of 2010, the population was 47,536. The county seat is Albion.
According to the 2000 census, the county has a total area of 417.61 square miles, of which 411.11 square miles (or 98.44%) is land and 6.50 square miles (or 1.56%) is water. U.S. Geological Survey Geographic Names Information System: Sand Hill (1076 feet/328 metres), the second-highest point in Indiana, is located in Noble County.
Noble County was formed in 1836. It was named for Governor Noah Noble.
